Using Let's Go Explore

Let's Go Explore helps groups plan trips: an AI trip assistant suggests places, your group votes, and the plan comes together on a shared calendar. By using it you agree to these terms. You need to be 16 or over.

The assistant's suggestions

The trip assistant searches the web and checks what it suggests, but it can still be wrong: a place may have closed, prices and opening hours change, and event dates may not be announced yet. Treat suggestions, estimates and recognitions as a starting point and confirm details with the business before you book or travel. We aren't a travel agent and don't sell or book travel; bookings are between you and the provider.

Your safety and official information

Suggestions aren't safety, medical, legal or immigration advice. Some activities, places and ways of getting around carry real risk. You decide what's right for you and your group, and you're responsible for your own safety, insurance and checking local conditions. Always confirm visas, passports, entry rules and health advice with official government sources and your airline before you travel.

Awards and recognitions shown on a card come from web searches and can be out of date or wrong. Showing one doesn't mean the organisation behind it, or the business itself, is connected with or endorses Let's Go Explore.

Your content

You own what you add (ideas, notes, photos, diary entries). You give us permission to store and show it to the people on your trip so the service works. Only add photos and content you have the right to share, and nothing unlawful or abusive. You're responsible for what you add. Anyone with a trip's invite link can join it and see everything in it, including bookings and files, so share the link only with your group. To report content or a copyright problem, email help@letsgoexplore.net.

Fair use

Each person has a generous daily allowance for the trip assistant. Don't try to get around limits, scrape the service, or use it to harm others. We may suspend accounts that do.

Links and commissions

Cards link to other sites (hotels, restaurants, booking and ticket sites). We may earn a commission from some of them in future; that never decides what the assistant suggests.

The service

Let's Go Explore is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and your data safe but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from relying on suggestions or from the service being unavailable.

Ending

You can stop using it and delete your account at any time. We may change these terms; if a change matters, we'll tell you in the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
